Our Early Years team at Scottish Book Trust are world class experts in engaging families with stories and what makes a perfect picture book. Our work with families, publishers and authors, not to mention reading thousands of books has given us insight into choosing the best titles to excite children and bring them joy. The early years team love nothing more than sharing picture book recommendations and bringing undiscovered titles to new readers.

Ordering a gift for a child? You can either buy this subscription and enter the gift recipient's details into the delivery address fields at checkout, or you can buy a gift subscription so the adult in their life can start the subscription at a later date.

When will I get my first book?

We send out book boxes once a month, during the first week of the month. Our next dispatch is the first week of January 2025. To ensure your order is included in this dispatch, please order before the end of December.
