Delivery Information

Our standard delivery is 3-5 days from date of despatch.

Our postage rates range from £1 - £5.50 and are based on the weight of your order. Spend over £25 and get FREE delivery.

Scottish Book Trust offers a 30 day returns policy.

Order Information

• Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
  No, you will have the option to create an account but you can checkout as a guest.
• Can I amend or cancel my order?
  If you haven't received your confirmation of dispatch email then we may be able to amend or cancel your order. Please email us at sales@scottishbooktrust.com or call us on 0131 541 0028.
• Can I buy as a gift and send to a different address?
  Yes, just enter a seperate delivery address at the checkout. 

Donations

• Can I make a donation?
  Yes, you can make a donation with or without ordering any products. Just select the amount you want to donate and checkout as normal. 
• The amount I want to donate isn't an option, what do I do?
  You can select an amount and then change the quantity, so 3 x £5 would give a £15 donation.
• How do I notify you about any changes to my gift aid declaration?
  It is your responsibility to let us know if you wish to cancel your gift aid declaration, if you change your name or home address, or if you no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. You can contact us at supportercare@scottishbooktrust.com to notify us of any changes.
